And yes, it’s often called “the second best day ever”—because planning your wedding should feel almost as exciting as the big day itself.
Unlike a traditional bridal show, the Wedding Walk is a self-guided experience across ten iconic Philadelphia venues, each styled as if a real wedding is happening in that moment. Couples can explore spaces like City Winery Philadelphia, Fitler Club, W Philadelphia, and of course Philadelphia Distilling Company while connecting with planners, florists, photographers, entertainment teams, and more. Instead of scheduling separate venue tours over several weekends, couples can experience design, décor, food, and music all in one afternoon. It’s a hands-on way to imagine what your own wedding day could look and feel like.
Getting around is part of the experience itself. A looped shuttle service runs continuously between all ten venues, allowing guests to hop on and off throughout the day and explore at their own pace. Along the way you’ll discover styled ceremony setups, curated bites and cocktails, live entertainment, and talented vendors who specialize in creating unforgettable celebrations. The event is designed so couples can enjoy the planning process rather than feel overwhelmed by it.
The celebration doesn’t stop when the last venue closes. From 5:00–6:00 PM, everyone gathers for a one-hour after party at City Winery Philadelphia where live music, cocktails, and conversation continue the energy of the day. It’s a great chance for couples to relax, talk with vendors they connected with, and celebrate the beginning of their wedding journey together.
