Strengthening the Vows Before and After "I Do"

If you're ready to take that extra step in strengthening your relationship, I’m here to walk with you—before, during, and after the aisle.

Marriage is more than just a beautiful ceremony or a shared last name—it’s a lifelong partnership that requires intention, growth, and effort. While it’s easy to get swept up in the planning of the big day, it’s just as important to prepare for the life that follows. That’s where pre-marital and post-marital coaching comes in. At Wed By Norm, I offer both as a way to support couples who want more than just a wedding—they want a strong, lasting marriage.

Pre-marital coaching is about proactive connection. We discuss everything from communication and conflict resolution to finances, family dynamics, and shared values. These conversations often uncover things couples didn’t know they needed to talk about—but are glad they did. It’s not about problems; it’s about being intentional. When you have the tools to communicate honestly and navigate challenges early on, you're better equipped to handle whatever life throws your way.

Post-marital coaching is just as valuable, especially in those first few years when couples are adjusting to new routines, roles, and realities. Whether you're blending families, managing a household, or feeling the weight of “real life” after the honeymoon, coaching provides a space to reset, reflect, and realign. It helps you build strategies to stay connected, keep the spark alive, and continue choosing each other—daily.

These coaching options can be added on to any of my officiant packages, or booked as standalone services. Some couples choose to begin before the wedding and continue afterward, while others come in later down the line. There's no right or wrong time to invest in your relationship. And let’s be clear—asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s a sign of maturity, strength, and commitment to the journey you’re on.

If you’re planning a wedding or simply want to strengthen your connection, I’m here to help you build something real and rooted. Because at the end of the day, a beautiful ceremony is only the beginning—how you grow together is what truly matters.
